Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: July 23, 2026
These terms govern participation in the Takiwork affiliate and partner program. By applying, you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. Program participation
Participation in the Takiwork affiliate program requires an approved application. Submitting an application does not create a partnership, and a referral link is only active after written approval by Takiwork.
Takiwork may approve, decline, suspend, block or deactivate any affiliate account at its discretion.
2. Commission eligibility
Commissions are earned only on eligible Takiwork subscription payments that are successfully collected. The default commission is 40% of the eligible amount collected, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By default, a referred customer generates commissions on up to six successful recurring subscription payments. Each eligible successful payment generates its own separate commission. After the sixth eligible payment, no further commissions are generated for that customer.
Failed payments do not generate commissions. A payment that is successfully retried generates a single commission for that billing payment.
Taxes, refunds, reversed payments, one-time charges (including Starter Access purchases) and any other products are excluded unless Takiwork explicitly enables them. Where a discount reduces the amount actually collected, the commission is calculated on the amount actually collected. Payment processing fees are not deducted from the commission base.
3. Attribution
Referrals are attributed through your unique referral link using first-party attribution with a default 60-day window. Where multiple affiliate links are used before signup, the most recent valid affiliate click is credited.
Once a Takiwork account is created, its attribution is locked. Existing customers cannot be reassigned to an affiliate afterwards.
4. Refunds, chargebacks and cancellations
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the associated commission may be cancelled or reversed. Where a commission has already been paid, Takiwork records a negative adjustment against the affiliate balance rather than deleting the historical record.
If a referred customer cancels, previously earned commissions remain, but no further commissions are generated because no further eligible payments occur.
5. Prohibited conduct
Self-referrals are prohibited. You may not earn commission on your own account or on accounts using your own identity or email.
Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading promotion is prohibited, including false earnings or performance claims, unauthorized use of the Takiwork brand, spam, cookie stuffing, paid search bidding on Takiwork brand terms without written permission, and incentivized or artificial signups.
Affiliates who breach these terms may be suspended or blocked and may forfeit unpaid commissions.
6. Payouts
Payouts are currently processed manually by Takiwork. Commissions are reviewed, approved and then marked as paid. Takiwork does not operate an automated payout service and may require identity or tax information before payment.
Affiliates are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own taxes, reporting and legal obligations. Nothing in this program creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship.
7. No earnings guarantee
Takiwork makes no representation or guarantee of any level of earnings. Results depend entirely on your own promotion and on customer behaviour.
8. Program changes
Takiwork may update program rules, commission rates, eligibility periods and attribution windows at any time. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter commissions already recorded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
